Directions: 

1. Prep wig on mannequin head by customizing hairline. You may choose to pluck and style your HD lace frontal wig at this point.
2. Prep your natural hair by braiding your hair into cornrows. Use 5Star Beauty Bar – Slay Everyday, Hair Mousse to brush down your natural baby hair. Use alcohol to clean any oil from your forehead.
3. Create bald cap- place 5Star Beauty Bar – Slay Everyday, HD Wig Cap on your head, placing cap band over your forehead and ears. Cut small holes to pull your ears through cap. Spray hairspray a half inch below hairline, sideburns and around your ears. Sit under hair dryer or blow dry for 15 minutes. Repeat this step 2 more times for 3 layers of hairspray.
4. Once wig cap is completely dry, use scissors to cut off extra cap material below dried hairline, sideburns and around ears.
5. Place wig on your head. Align wig hairline with wig cap hairline. Using tailcomb, part out and separate extra lace over ear tabs. Place wig back onto mannequin head and cut extra ear tab lace off to allow lace to lay flat around your ears and over your sideburns.
6. Apply first layer of 5Star Beauty Bar – Slay Everyday, Lace Glue by placing small dots of glue along edge of wig cap, then using a wooden craft stick to spread evenly. Make sure to place lace glue along edge of wig cap and not on your natural hairline. Sit under hair dryer or blow dry for 10 minutes. Apply 2-3 layers of glue by repeating this step. Dry until glue turns clear and tacky.
7. Place wig back on your head. Align wig hairline with wig cap hairline. Use tail comb to press down and blend lace onto wig cap. Do this in sections starting with middle hairline section, then to one side, then to the other.
8. Apply 5Star Beauty Bar – Slay Everyday, Melting Spray along wig hairline. If styling with baby hairs, comb out baby hair then apply lace melting spray above baby hair along wig hairline.
9. Apply melting band over wig hairline. Sit under hair dryer or blow dry for 20 minutes.
10. Cut extra lace along hairline with eyebrow blade or small sharp scissors for a jagged lace edge.
11. Complete by styling your edges and baby hairs with mousse and then boom you’re ready for the star light.
